Website terms of use
Last updated 25 August 2026
About these terms
These terms govern use of the Matt's Lab website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These website terms do not replace the separate written agreement used for any commissioned work, licence, Lab session or other paid service.
Website content
The site presents current creative work, services and general information. Content is provided in good faith but may be incomplete, experimental or changed without notice. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
Enquiries and services
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee a response, reserve availability or form a contract. A project begins only when scope, fees, rights, responsibilities and any other material terms have been agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's original text, design, images, films, sound and other materials belong to Matt's Lab or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, train models on, scrape at scale, remove credits from, or create derivative commercial uses of its content without prior written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.
Third-party services
Links and embedded or supporting services may be operated by third parties. Matt's Lab does not control their content, availability or privacy practices and is not responsible for them. Their own terms may apply.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Matt's Lab does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Matt's Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and revision date will remain on this page. Questions can be sent to matt@matts-lab.co.uk.
